Valuation- CoE Consultant, Assistant Manager & Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Part of the Centre of Excellence Valuations team and will have to undertake assignments related to performance/ review of business valuation, equity valuation, financial reporting valuation like impairment testing, purchase price allocation, etc under IFRS, Private Equity valuations, complex financial instruments.
2. Clear idea on valuation methodologies and approaches.
3. Effectively use the databases like CapitalIQ, Bloomberg.
4. Extraction of market data, comparable company analysis, financial statement analysis of the historical and projected financials of the subject company / asset to be valued.
5. Performing ratio analysis on historical financials of the company as well as ratio analysis on comparable companies.
6. Conduct detailed data analysis and come up with relevant insights as per the engagement scope and expected deliverable.
7. Carrying out and reviewing financial models.
8. Undertake research on various private equity transactions.
9. Develop valuation model.
10. Conversant with the reading of the Balance Sheet.
11. Structure engagement deliverables as per the expectations of the project manager and come up with insights from research and analysis conducted on the client information and sector data.
12. Learn from the ongoing engagements, have constant urge to learn and avoid repeat errors.

Desired Profile:
– 1-6 years of experience in basic accounting CA/ACCA/CMA/CA Inter/M.com/MBA
.
– Working Knowledge of Tally/SAP/Navision/ or any other accounting ERP tool.
– Working knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT).
– Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting regulations.
