Roles & Responsibilities:
– Experience of business development within BFSI (Lending) or Fintech would be preferred.
– Candidates working for Banks or NBFCs in Partnership or BD roles can be considered for lateral hire.
– Past assignments around Strategy design, Gap analysis (Process optimization) or digital transformation is preferred, not mandatory.
– Role involves moderate travel of 4 – 5 days in a month.
Candidate Profile:
– Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 – 6 years of relevant experience (BFSI Digital transformation / Consulting / PE / VC).
– BE / B.Tech is preferred, not mandatory.
