The role entails the following:
ERP Transformation & Digital Finance:
– Experience taking a cloud ERP from implementation to optimization
– Zero-touch / straight-through transaction processing
– Elimination of Excel-based manual processes
– Workflow and process automation
– Dashboard and real-time MIS development
Systems Integration:
– ERP – bank integration
– API/data integration with proprietary systems
– Understanding of finance technology architecture
– Experience managing IT, Finance and external technology partners
Scalability & Data Architecture:
– High-volume transaction environments
– Designing systems for 2x or greater transaction growth
– Data integrity, controls and reconciliation
– Granular reporting suitable for PE/investor environments
CFO Office / Strategic Finance:
– Financial due diligence for M&A
– Acquisition modelling
– New-market / expansion business cases
– Strategic projects outside routine accounting and FP&A
Cross-functional Leadership:
– Ability to work across Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance
– Strong project/programme management
– Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
– Executive communication and stakeholder management
