Job Description:
– Analysing financial and operating performance of businesses.
– Reviewing business plans, fund allocations and financial projections.
– Developing financial models and analytical frameworks for decision-making.
– Supporting management in strategic financial planning.
– Assessing capital requirements and evaluating appropriate financing structures.
– Supporting debt, equity and other fundraising initiatives.
– Preparing financial analysis, models and presentations for investors and lenders.
– Building and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
– Supporting financing discussions and negotiations.
– Coordinating credit rating processes and interactions with rating agencies.
