Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all financial functions including Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Planning.
– Establish and maintain strong banking and institutional relationships for working capital, term loans, and expansion funding.
– Drive fundraising activities, negotiate credit facilities, and ensure cost-effective utilization of funds.
– Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
– Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
– Monitor key financial metrics including profitability, liquidity, cost efficiency, and ROI across business units.
– Partner with the Board, and CEO to drive strategic decisions including M&A, capital allocation, and risk management.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax frameworks including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory norms.
– Drive internal financial controls and audit mechanisms for transparency and governance.
– Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a focus on automation, ERP-based reporting, and data-driven insights.

– Exceptional relationship management with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
– Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment strategy.
– Strong command over fund flow management, debt restructuring, and project finance.
– Analytical mindset with business acumen and negotiation excellence.

– IPO related preparatory work and regulatory framework and governance exposure.
