Role Overview:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 – 7 years of experience to join our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS and IFRS.
– Managing group consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
– Technical accounting, accounting policies, and financial statement disclosures.
– Managing statutory and internal audits.
– Supporting tax compliance and transfer pricing.
– Supporting financial due diligence and accounting integration for acquisitions.
– Improving financial reporting processes, controls and automation.
Ideal Candidate:
– Strong hands-on experience in Ind AS, IFRS, financial statement preparation and consolidation.
– Experience with multi-entity and international financial reporting preferred.
– Big 4 or reputed CA firm experience is an advantage.
