Role Overview:
Lead the digital and product strategy for the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business, driving product innovation, technology enablement, and P&L growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define and execute the digital product roadmap for SCF, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Own and manage the SCF product P&L, driving profitability and scalable growth.
– Lead the development and launch of tech platforms (e.g., LOS/LMS) for the SCF ecosystem.
– Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, risk, tech) to enhance customer experience and product adoption.
– Present business insights, product strategy, and performance to senior management.
Key Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Finance product or sales.
– Strong understanding of financials, especially P&L management.
– Proven experience in digital product implementation (LOS/LMS preferred).
– Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
– Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
