About the role:
Skillventory – A Leading Talent Research Firm is hiring for a Direct Tax Lead opportunity with a leading financial services organization.
Location: Andheri East
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead corporate income tax operations and tax efficiency initiatives across group entities.
– Oversee direct tax compliances, including tax returns, advance tax, tax audits, withholding tax, and statutory reporting.
– Drive transfer pricing strategy, benchmarking, and documentation.
– Manage direct tax assessments, appeals, and litigation.
– Provide tax advisory on new product structures, cross-border transactions, and intercompany arrangements.
Candidate Requirements:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Batch 2011 – 2014).
– 12 – 15+ years of post-qualification experience in Direct Taxation.
– Prior in-house experience with a large corporate organization.
– Strong expertise in transfer pricing, international taxation, and direct tax litigation.
