Key Responsibilities:
– Own end-to-end finance and controllership across India and US entities, including accounting, closing, reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
– Oversee statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate compliances across India and the US.
– Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
– Support fundraising, investor reporting, financial due diligence, and strategic financial initiatives.
– Manage multi-entity and cross-border finance, including intercompany accounting and reporting.
– Build a structured, scalable finance function through robust processes, controls, SOPs, automation, and standardized reporting.
– Provide financial insights and decision support to the founders and leadership team.
