About the Role:
We are hiring a Head – Finance for a fast-scaling, 750 Cr+ services organisation. The role will report directly to the Managing Director and the Board and will lead the organisation’s overall finance function and strategic finance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead M&A end to end, including target screening, deal structuring, and integration.
– Drive IPO-readiness in coordination with merchant bankers, regulators, and investors.
– Shape the funding strategy across banking relationships, debt, and equity.
– Own capital structure and business finance decisions.
– Build and lead the finance team across controllership, tax, audit, treasury, and FP&A.
Candidate Requirements:
– 15 – 22 years of finance leadership experience, including senior finance leadership roles.
– Experience running finance for a business with 750 Cr+ topline.
– Strong end-to-end M&A experience.
– Experience in an IPO or an advanced IPO-readiness programme.
– Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; CFA / MBA-Finance is a plus.
– High integrity and comfortable operating at Board level.
– Experience in services, asset-light, or manpower-intensive businesses preferred.
