Position: Finance Head
Overall Experience: 8 – 10 years
Location: Vadodara
Working Days: 6 Days from Office
Notice Period Requirement: 30 Days (Maximum)
Client’s Company Size: Mid-Sized
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department.
– Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual budget.
– Supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including taxation, audits, and company law.
– Drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions.
– Manage treasury operations and working capital efficiently.
– Liaison with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
– Minimum 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
– In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
– Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Must have independently managed and led a Finance & Accounts department.
– Must have experience managing treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital.
