Role Overview:
We are looking for a CA with at least 20 years of experience from the logistics industry to lead finance and accounts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage working capital, funds, and project management.
– Oversee policy formulation, financial planning, and direct/indirect taxation.
– Ensure statutory compliance and manage financial reporting.
– Enhance financial procedures, internal controls, and automate financial information systems.
– Direct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to improve profitability.
– Maintain efficient recordkeeping and MIS systems.
– Ensure compliance with Company Laws and RBI regulations.
– Manage banking relationships for fund raising and project feasibility studies.
– Drive initiatives to lower risk and improve productivity.
