Job Description:
The Head of Finance and Accounts will oversee the overall finance and accounting operations at APCO Building Solutions, a manufacturing company in the construction and building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing cash flow, banking, vendor payments, taxation, GST compliance, audits, inventory costing, budgeting, factory-wise profitability, and monthly MIS reporting.
– Support the Managing Director in financial planning and working capital management.
– Lead the accounts team, maintain internal controls, and present weekly performance updates to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– 10 – 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, with strong manufacturing finance experience, preferably in a multi-plant setup.
– A CA, Cost Accountant, MBA Finance, or M.Com qualification is preferred.
– The position is based at the corporate office in Bangalore.
