About the job:
Domain: Finance Managed Services / Corporate Finance Operations. Preferred Background: Tier-1 IT Services / Global Consulting / Business Process Services Organizations.
Role: We are seeking a senior leader to head large-scale Finance Managed Services delivery for global clients, driving end-to-end corporate finance operations across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, and related finance functions.
The role will be responsible for solutioning, transitions, delivery excellence, client relationship management, operational profitability, and organization leadership across global delivery centers.
The ideal candidate will come from a Tier-1 IT Services, Consulting, or BPM background with deep experience managing finance transformation, F&A managed services, outsourcing engagements, and large-scale offshore delivery organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Partner with global sales, consulting, and delivery leaders to design Finance Managed Services solutions for enterprise clients.
– Drive operating model design, workforce planning, pricing inputs, transition strategy, and delivery governance for large managed services engagements.
– Embed automation, AI-led operations, and digital finance capabilities into solution offerings.
Transition & Transformation Management:
– Lead end-to-end transition programs from contract signing through stabilization and steady-state operations.
– Drive finance transformation and standardization initiatives across global client portfolios.
Delivery & Operational Excellence:
– Own service delivery across multiple finance operations engagements with accountability for SLA achievement, customer satisfaction, operational KPIs, and financial performance.
– Manage delivery margins, utilization, productivity, staffing, and workforce optimization.
– Champion process excellence, automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Experience:
– 20+ years of experience within Tier-1 IT Services, Global Consulting, or Business Process Services (BPS/BPO).
– Proven experience leading large-scale Corporate Finance Operations Managed Services engagements.
– Strong expertise across one or more finance domains including R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, Financial Reporting, and Finance Transformation.
– Demonstrated success in managing complex global transitions and multi-year outsourcing engagements.
– Experience owning service delivery, operational KPIs, SLAs, workforce management, profitability, and client satisfaction.
– Proven leadership of large offshore delivery organizations across India and global delivery centers.
Preferred Qualifications:
– CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance).
– Experience working with finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP ecosystems.
– Strong exposure to Intelligent Automation, AI-enabled finance operations, and GenAI-led transformation initiatives.
– Experience within global managed services, consulting, captive/GCC, or professional services environments.
