Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
– Lead fundraising initiatives and IPO readiness programs, coordinating with legal, financial, and regulatory advisors to ensure seamless execution.
– Oversee the creation of high-quality financial presentations, quarterly earnings scripts, and annual reports for investor reporting.
– Maintain a robust network of relationships with the investment banking community to gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to the executive leadership team.
– Conduct rigorous financial modelling and valuation analysis to anticipate market reactions and proactively address investor queries regarding business performance.
Required Skillset:
– Prior experience managing investor engagements in Technology/SaaS sector.
– Experience managing and dealing with global PE/VC investors.
– Exposure in IPO/IPO preparedness is preferred.
