We are looking for an Investment Associate to join a leading real estate platform backed by one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds.
Key Responsibilities:
– Financial modelling and deal analysis
– Investment Committee presentations and investor reporting
– Market research, due diligence and competitive analysis
– Evaluation of retail & retail-led mixed-use acquisition opportunities
– Asset management and investment-related analytical projects
Ideal Profile:
– 8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Private Equity / Investment Banking / Transaction Advisory
– Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
– Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills
– Experience in investment memorandums / presentations preferred
