Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience: 08-16 Years

Preferred Industry: Aviation, Charter, Ground Handling, Airport Operations, Travel, or Aerospace

Qualification: CA, CMA

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage billing for charter flights, including landing, parking, handling, navigation, and operational charges.

– Validate invoices from ground handling companies, airport authorities, ATC, MRO, fuel vendors, catering, and flight support partners.

– Review flight movement logs (ETA/ETD) and prepare sector-wise cost sheets.

– Handle international vendor payments, forex exposure, and cross-border settlements.

– Oversee Accounts Payable processes and maintain accuracy in vendor invoices.

– Reconcile IATA/BSP, fuel vendor statements, handling agent invoices, and airport charges.

– Prepare MIS, AP ageing, cost analysis, and month-end financial reporting.

– Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.

– Coordinate closely with airport operations, ground handlers, charter clients, and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

– CA/CMA with 5 years of relevant experience.

– Strong understanding of aviation operational billing.

– Expertise in AP, reconciliations, and vendor management.

– Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

– Experience working with international aviation partners.
