1. Industry & Competitive Research:
– Conduct ongoing analysis of hospitality industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
– Benchmark financial and operational metrics against peers and industry standards.
– Provide insights to guide investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
2. Financial Modelling & Valuation:
– Build detailed financial models for business planning and project feasibility.
– Conduct valuation analyses using DCF, market comparatives, and transaction multiples.
– Regularly update models to reflect business and market changes.
3. Board & Stakeholder Reporting:
– Prepare management reports, investor presentations, and board decks.
– Ensure timely and accurate financial and operational updates to key stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Qualifications: CA / MBA (Finance) from IIM ABCLIK / XLRI Jamshedpur / FMS Delhi.
– Experience: 7 – 8 years in Management Consulting or Corporate Finance.
– Strong command over financial modelling.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
