Job Description:
Mandatory Requirements:
– Prior experience in Costing Centre of Excellence (COE).
– Experience in setting up and developing a costing team and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Establish and streamline costing processes and frameworks.
– Set up and develop the costing team, including process implementation and standardization.
– Drive cost optimization, cost control, and variance analysis.
– Oversee product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
– Implement costing policies, controls, and best practices across business units.
– Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualification:
– CMA with 3 – 5 years of experience in related areas.
