Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
– Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning aligned with business objectives.
– Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital and overall financial health.
– Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
– Coordinate statutory filings and work closely with auditors and external stakeholders.
– Develop and strengthen internal controls, financial processes & risk management frameworks.
– Provide senior management with financial insights, business analysis and trend reports for strategic decision-making.
– Identify opportunities for cost optimization, profitability improvement and revenue enhancement.
– Ensure effective utilization of financial/accounting software and reporting tools.
Ideal Candidate:
– 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting & cash flow management
– Hands-on experience with GST, Income Tax & statutory compliance
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience in retail, distribution, trading or FMCG will be an added advantage
– Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
