Manager – Finance – CA

Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting:

– Develop and maintain an effective MIS for Business to provide timely and accurate financial reports.

– Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.

– Prepare and manage trading profit and loss statements for accurate financial tracking.

– Prepare annual budgets and operating plans for the Business.

Contract Management, Cost Control and Financial Modelling:

– Assist the team in the finalization of agreements and contracts.

– Provide financial insights and risk assessments for agreement negotiations.

– Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the budget.

– Experience in developing financial models for new projects and business opportunities is highly preferable and will have added advantage.

Revenue Management and Compliance:

– Supervise billing processes and ensure timely collection of revenues.

– Implement effective credit control measures to minimize overdue payments.

– Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

– Provide guidance on tax planning and strategies for domestic and international trades.

– Maintain financial documentation and records in accordance with internal audit best practices.

– Ensure accuracy and accessibility of financial documents for auditing and reporting purposes.

– Manage the preparation and approval of purchase orders in the SAP system

Skills/Exp

– CA with 2-4 years exp

– Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive financial performance.

– Strong analytical skills

– Capable of managing multiple tasks

– Anticipate issues and opportunities, and act to address them proactively.

– High attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills.

– Deep understanding of both domestic and international financial practices.
