About the Company:

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Lead standalone and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulations.
– Drive month-end and year-end closures, including GL accuracy, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation.
– Manage management reporting, variance analysis, and related-party transaction reporting.
– Ensure audit readiness, internal controls, and financial reporting compliance.
– Drive automation and process improvements across financial reporting.
Skills & Qualifications:
– CA with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
– Big 4 experience is mandatory, with strong exposure to financial reporting and statutory audits.
– Proven experience in handling financial reporting for a listed entity.
