Key Requirements:
– Strong hands-on experience in Technical Accounting / Accounting Advisory / Financial Reporting.
– Expertise in US GAAP and/or IFRS and accounting research.
– Experience handling complex and non-routine accounting transactions.
– Strong exposure to technical accounting memos, accounting policies and position papers.
– Experience across areas such as Revenue Recognition, Leases, Business Combinations, Consolidation, Investments, Debt/Equity, Impairment, Share-based Payments, etc.
– Exposure to new accounting standard implementation and assessment of accounting implications.
– Strong experience in financial reporting, disclosures and audit support.
– Ability to work with senior stakeholders, external auditors and cross-functional teams.
– Big 4 / Accounting Advisory / Technical Accounting background preferred.
– Industry profiles can also be considered, provided they have strong core technical accounting experience.
