Job Title : Treasury Manager

Location : Mumbai

Age Group : 25 – 30 Years

Reporting into : Vice President

Experience : Range of 3 to 7 years

Educational Qualifications : CA / MBA

Key Responsibilities :

– Ensuring efficient cash flow management

– ALM management

– Supporting ALCO meeting – Determining funding requirement / borrowing plan

– Borrowings through CP / NCD /Bank Loans as per ALM policy

– Managing Bank renewals and various requirements related to bank borrowings

– Formation & implementation of LCR policy / HQLA management

– Evaluation of investment related products (MF, TREPS, FD, CD, CP etc) for surplus management

– Rating agency co ordination

– Limit monitoring

– Investor relationship management

– Data preparation/submission to investors like MFs/ Banks etc.

– Treasury compliances

– Co-ordination with business teams

– Advising on transfer pricing

– Support in Treasury System implementation.

Key Requirements :

– Good communication skills, confident and a positive attitude

– Flair for numbers with good MS-Excel skills

– Good analytical skills

– Ability to handle pressure, do multi-tasking, Proactive, qualitative approach and problem solving.

– Ensure timeliness and meeting of Deadlines under the daily volumes of treasury related activities

– Self-Starter (i.e. ability to identify challenges &opportunities and take initiatives
