Role Overview:
– Conduct quarterly business performance reviews, analysing financials, strategic initiatives and CAPEX.
– Identify performance gaps, business risks and opportunities for improvement.
– Review annual business plans, budgets and financial projections.
– Evaluate CAPEX and strategic investment proposals, including financial models, risks and expected returns.
– Prepare management review notes, observations and recommendations.
– Monitor strategic initiatives and follow up on key action points.
– Conduct financial analysis, industry research and inter-business benchmarking.
– Recommend measures to improve profitability, cash flows, operational efficiency and long-term business growth.
