NTT – Team Lead – Order to Cash

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Manage a team of up to 25 FTEs responsible for Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.

– Lead the transition from one billing system to another, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption to business operations.

– Oversee dispute management, escalation management, SLA compliance, and collections activities to maintain healthy relationships with customers.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in OTC processes and implement changes accordingly.

– Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– 10 – 15 years of experience in end to end OTC or related field with expertise in OTC process.

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any specialization.

– Proven track record of leading teams effectively through transitions and change initiatives.

– Strong understanding of automation tools such as Automic or similar technologies.
