Principal Officer – Investor Relation and Operations

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

– 5+ years of experience in end-to-end AIF Fund Operations, preferably with a Category II AIF.

– Strong experience in investor onboarding, fund accounting, NAV review, and portfolio operations.

– Good understanding of IFSCA regulations, regulatory filings, fund audits, and GIFT City / IFSC operations.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Manage end-to-end fund operations, including trade execution, settlement, and portfolio transaction monitoring.

– Oversee investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and investor lifecycle management.

– Coordinate fund accounting, NAV review, reconciliations, and financial reporting with fund administrators.

– Manage fund audits, regulatory filings, and compliance with applicable IFSCA guidelines.

– Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.

– Monitor fund transactions, cash flows, and portfolio-related activities.

– Implement new regulatory guidelines and maintain robust operational controls and documentation.

– Support periodic investor reporting and ensure timely execution of fund-related activities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

– 5+ years of experience in AIF Fund Operations, preferably with Category II AIFs.

– Strong understanding of fund operations, investor servicing, fund accounting, and regulatory requirements.

– Exposure to GIFT City / IFSC and IFSCA regulations will be preferred.

– Experience coordinating with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and other financial institutions.

– Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
