Job Description:
– Developed and executed the overall fund product strategy in alignment with group growth objectives, revenue targets, risk appetite, and regulatory framework.
– Identified and implemented opportunities for new fund structures, jurisdictions, product enhancements, and cross-border investment solutions, ensuring robust product governance and compliance controls.
– Led fund structuring and regulatory advisory across FPI, FDI, FEMA, SEBI, IFSCA, DFSA, FSC, CIMA, BMA and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
– Managed FDI structuring and end-to-end lifecycle, including investment structuring, regulatory approvals, FEMA/RBI reporting, sectoral-cap monitoring, compliance, exit/divestment, and repatriation.
– Partnered with senior Finance, Tax, Legal and Compliance stakeholders on global tax structuring, cross-border transactions, and private equity investment structures.
