PM – Capital Markets & Front Office Risk

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Front Office Risk projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery while working closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, and technology functions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage project governance activities, including Steering Committees, Working Groups, project plans, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
– Drive project delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
– Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional deliverables.
– Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
– Facilitate communication between Front Office, Risk, and Technology teams.
– Track and manage project activities using JIRA and Confluence.
– Support delivery of strategic initiatives within Capital Markets and Front Office Risk domains.
Required Skills & Experience:
– Strong experience in Project Management with exposure to Business Analysis activities.
– PMP certification preferred.
– Proven experience managing large-scale projects within Capital Markets.
– 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in the Capital Markets domain.
– Strong understanding of Risk Management processes and Risk Change initiatives.
– Experience working on Front Office Risk projects.
– Expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
– Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
– Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
– Exposure to investment banking or global markets environments.
– Experience working with Front Office, Risk, Trading, or Market Risk teams.
– Strong understanding of capital markets products and risk frameworks.
