Key Responsibilities:
– Lead overall collections and recovery strategy for the organization.
– Monitor portfolio delinquency, bucket movement, and recovery efficiency.
– Manage recovery operations for secured loan portfolios including Home Loans and LAP/Mortgage Loans.
– Handle legal recovery processes including SARFAESI proceedings, possession, auction coordination, and legal follow-ups.
– Ensure proper execution and compliance of CERSAI registration and related recovery procedures.
– Coordinate with legal teams, advocates, collection agencies, and branch teams for recovery actions.
– Drive collection productivity and reduce NPA levels across the portfolio.
– Develop recovery MIS, dashboards, and management reporting systems.
– Strengthen field collections processes and legal escalation mechanisms.
