Relationship Manager – Wealth Management – BFSI

An esteem client of Innoquest Consulting, into financial services is seeking Relationship Managers for their Bangalore office.

Function:

Wealth Management – Investment Advisory

Role Purpose:

The Relationship Managers will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with HNI – UHNI clients, understanding their investment objectives and providing suitable investment solutions across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and nurture relationships with HNI – UHNI clients, family offices and promoter families.

– Understand client financial goals, risk profile and investment requirements and provide tailored investment advice.

– Advise clients across products such as PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, Structured Products, Equity and Debt.

– Drive AUM growth, revenue generation and new client acquisition through existing relationships and referrals.

– Develop and maintain a strong client book – AUM, with focus on client retention and wallet share expansion.

– Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective HNI – UHNI clients.

– Work closely with investment – product teams to provide clients with market insights, portfolio reviews and investment recommendations.

– Ensure a high level of client engagement and provide regular updates on portfolio performance and investment opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

– 15+ yrs of experience in Wealth Management – Private Banking – Investment Advisory – Financial Services.

– Strong experience handling HNI – UHNI clients, preferably promoters, entrepreneurs and family offices.

– Proven track record of AUM – revenue generation and client acquisition.

– Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, MF, PE, Equity, Debt and other investment products.

– Should preferably be an Individual Contributor – Investment Counsellor with an existing client network and ability to build their own book.

– Excellent relationship management, communication and investment advisory skills.
