Key Responsibilities:
– Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning
– Drive P&L, variance and business performance analysis
– Develop financial models, dashboards and management reports
– Partner with the CFO and business leaders on strategic decisions
– Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
– CA / MBA Finance
– 6+ years of experience
– Strong experience in FP&A, financial modelling and forecasting
– Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills
– Exposure to BI tools, automation and global business environments
