Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end F&A operations with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R).
– Should have managed a headcount of 1000+.
– Manage strategic client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
– Drive effective resolution of client escalations and ensure service excellence.
– Provide leadership in controllership and governance processes.
– Lead onboarding and transition of new clients and engagements.
– Build organizational capability, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
– Drive operational transformation, productivity, and business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
– Extensive experience in large-scale Finance & Accounting operations leadership.
– Strong client management and consultative skills.
– Demonstrated success in people leadership and talent development.
– Expertise in R2R, controllership, governance, and process transformation.
– Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder environments.
