Role Overview:
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience across AIF, Private Equity, Private Credit or Venture Funds to join our finance team in Gurgaon as Assistant Manager – Finance.
The role carries hands-on ownership of key operational processes, including NAV and waterfall calculations, fund accounting, month-end closing and financial statement analysis.
Key Skills & Attributes:
– Strong working knowledge of AIF, Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Fund structures, regulations and fund accounting principles
– Hands-on experience with Fund Accounting, NAV calculation, waterfall calculation and month-end closing processes
– Sound understanding of Income Tax and GST compliance requirements
– Ability to independently manage periodic book review, reporting, and distribution cycles
– Strong financial statement analysis and interpretation skills
– High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
– Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
