About the Role:
– We are looking for a highly analytical Futures Trader to join our Research Team, responsible for generating high-accuracy trading calls for retail customers.
– The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in F&O markets, strong risk management skills, and the ability to deliver actionable, data-driven insights daily.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate Daily Research Calls – Provide clear, high-probability trade setups (Entry/Exit/SL) in Index & Stock Futures.
– Maintain – 75% Accuracy – Deliver consistent, reliable calls backed by technical/fundamental analysis.
– Risk Management – Adhere to strict risk-reward discipline (Min 1.25:1 RR ratio).
– Market Monitoring – Track global cues, news flows, and OI trends for real-time adjustments.
