BNC is hiring for a Corporate Tax Manager US Tax role with strong expertise in ASC 740 Tax Provisions.

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid 1012 days WFO/month

Working Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

Experience: 712+ Years

Key Expertise:

– ASC 740 & U.S. Tax Provisioning

– Current & Deferred Tax (DTA/DTL)

– Tax Provision Research & Planning

– U.S. Federal & State Tax Compliance Form 1120

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions under U.S. GAAP

– Prepare and review Current & Deferred Tax calculations

– Review book-to-tax differences and tax provision workpapers

– Oversee U.S. Federal & State Form 1120 compliance

– Conduct tax research, planning, and provision-to-return true-ups

– Support tax audits and ensure U.S. tax compliance

– Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

– CA or CPA – Mandatory

– Consulting Firm Experience Mandatory

– Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

– NCR/Gurugram-based candidates preferred
