Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and review US income tax returns, including Form 1065.
– Ensure accuracy and quality of tax returns, financial statements and supporting workpapers.
– Handle complex US Federal, State and International tax matters.
– Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance to clients.
– Manage client relationships and resolve tax-related issues.
– Lead, mentor and develop team members.
– Collaborate with senior leadership on tax planning and engagement strategies.
