Company Description:
Delhi based SEBI Registered CAT-3 Fund is looking for an individual with IBBI Registered Valuer certificate.
Responsibilities:
– Model building and preparing DCF models, Comparable Company Models, ESOP models etc.
– Developing deep technical strength in the valuation of Equity, AIF, ESOPs, Intangible Assets etc.
– Building long term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep understanding of the client and their needs, exceptional responsiveness and the delivery of the highest quality service and work product.
– Managing client engagements from day-to-day interaction and solving their queries related to valuation assignment.
Requirements:
– Should have cleared IBBI Registered Valuer examination.
– Proven technical skills, proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Sound knowledge of Financial Statements including ratio analysis.
– Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
