What We’re Looking For:
– Hands-on experience in an NBFC or lending environment
– Strong knowledge of Risk Modeling and Credit Risk Assessment
– Experience in developing and monitoring Scorecards
– Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate Fraud Risks
– Understanding of Collections and Portfolio Performance
– Proficiency in data analysis and risk monitoring frameworks
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and monitor risk models and scorecards
– Analyze portfolio performance and risk trends
– Detect and investigate fraudulent activities
– Recommend risk mitigation strategies
– Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams
– Support data-driven lending and policy decisions
