Zonal Receivable Manager – (Wheels – Hard Bucket) – Pune.
Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (90+).
– Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.
– Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.
– Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.
– Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.
– Handle and lead the team of Collection.
KPIs:
– Collection efficiency vs target.
– Roll rate and vintage movement.
– Cost per unit recovery.
– Agency performance and audit scores.
– Legal case resolution TAT.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Graduate/MBA with 18-25 years in vehicle finance collections.
– Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management.
– Willing to travel extensively within the zone.
– Base location : Pune (Candidate must have exposure in multi state handling MH, GJ & MP/CG).
– Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Car Loan, Commercial Vehicles Loan, Construction Equipment Loan & Tractor Loan).
