– As the Control Manager professional in our Corporate line of business, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities :
– Perform substantive testing including participation in walkthroughs, documentation of process flows, request information from process owners, collection of evidence, execution of test program, participation in status updates with business and consolidation of testing results
– Maintain accurate and complete documentation in QA workpaper
– Complete timely documentation and closure of the review in QATS
– Constant co-ordination and interaction required with stakeholders
– Escalate issues timely to lead tester and review lead.
– Contribute towards special projects to improve operational efficiency
– Identify opportunities in field of automation and drive projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
– 2-4 years of relevant experience for semi-qualified (CA Inter, graduate)
– 1-2 years of relevant experience for CA and MBA
– Relevant experience includes experience in Statutory audit, Internal Audit, US regulatory reporting processes, SEC reporting, Control testing & LEC reporting
– Investment banking – Business and product knowledge must.
– Ability to quickly understand complex subject matters and demonstrate critical thinking
– Ability to challenge the status quo while maintaining stakeholders relationships
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Probing & continuous learning – Mindset with problem solving ability
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong verbal and written communications
– Knowledge of Intelligent solutions like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor etc.
