– J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and business partners. Our sales and client service teams, marketing support, and product specialists, are dedicated to the support of our clients and leverage the capabilities of our global firm to deliver to our clients. We provide an integrated approach to client servicing to meet the client’s full range of investment and servicing needs. Each new client is assigned to a Client Service team which consists of a Client Advisor, Client Account Manager, Portfolio Manager and Investment Specialist.
– JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) delegated certain transfer agency functions to Third Party Administrators (“TPA”); the services provided include processing of deal transactions, maintenance of the register, settlement/reconciliation of payments and execution of corporate actions, client servicing of retail clients, processing of Trailer fee calculations.
– As a UK Service Delivery Associate, you would be responsible for overseeing the delivery of these services and managing the relationship with the appointed TPA, platform and Step Through Process vendors. The TA Service Delivery function provides a point of escalation for service-related issues in general, and acts as the first point of contact for both the TPA and internal AM teams in regard to TPA activities.
Job Responsibilities :
– Relationship Management – TPAs, Banking providers, platforms, internal parties, errors
– Maintain the agreed and appropriate oversight of our TPAs, banking vendors & Sub Registers
– Escalation point for any operational issues both for the TPA and internal Asset Management teams as well as escalation towards management
– Maintain daily/weekly/monthly checkpoints with TPA or Banking providers
– Responsibility to spot, act on and minimize risks within the business
– Subject Matter Expert for JPMAM projects where required
– Liaison with other internal & external vendors
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
– Good knowledge on CASS Regulations and Client Money segregation
– To have the initiative to look for ways to improve and challenge processes
