Qualifications:
• CA with 2 to 4 years of post qualification for AM
• CA with 5-7 years for Manager
• CA with 8+ years for AD in M&A Tax in similar environment from consulting firm

Role:
-conceptualizing and structuring M& A and
corporate restructuring strategies from tax and regulatory perspective
– providing advice on relevant laws and statues pertaining to M&A, corporate restructuring
– providing tax & regulatory advise on M& A transactions and restructuring
– key statues handled include direct tax laws, company law regulations, securities laws, exchange control regulations, stamp duty laws
– implementation support for scheme of merger/ arrangements
– conducting due- diligence reviews on prospective target companies from a historical and future tax perspective
