Monthly business analysis reporting to the CFO and CEO
Monthly financial Reporting to Internal and external stakeholders
Prepare Ratios of business projected
Responsible for MIS reporting and Ratio Analysis on overall performance analysis on product level and budgeting, Preparing and reporting MIS, Revenue Management and Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis.
Prepare the external financial reporting for both the Private Equity Investors.
Prepare multiple key presentations, for internal reporting purposes and external pitches
Assisted in the NHB Inspection of the business of last three years
Prepare Profitability Statement pertaining to the Overseas Operations along with computing metrics like Business per employee, Profit per Employee, Return on Assets, operating self-sufficiency, earning per share, OPEX
Assisting the teams in regulatory return submission and providing support in the preparation of Financials.
Preparing Budgeting & Forecasting of business and other key financial ratios along with What if/ Scenario analysis for better decision making. Presentations for Board meetings, Investor calls and responding to investor queries.
Execution of short and long-term comprehensive financial strategy for Rating Agencies, Bankers and Regulators (NHB) to highlight companys mission statement.
Proactive monitoring of Loan disbursements & repayments, Refinance, Overdues & NPAs. Analysis of overall impact on profits against budget
Review of vintage collections efficiency.
Portfolio at Risk and Branch Profitability
Requirement- Should be very proficient Excel, Spreadsheet, Macros and VBA
