Job Description:
1- Traveling to assigned locations.
2- Interacting with employees & merchants over the phone and in person to gauge merchant & FSE experience.
3-Inspecting the store’s environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
4-Purchasing random and specific items to assess Paytm’s acceptance.
5-Completing and submitting a written report detailing the shopping experience after each store visit.
6-Disclosing competing interests, including prior loyalty to or dislike of particular stores or services.
7-Evaluating adherence to standard operating procedures.
8-Identifying revenue leakage opportunities.
9- Identifying whether the inventory/ VM planogram is in-line with the company policy and that no unauthorized/outside artefacts are available.
10- Measuring and monitoring merchant and FSE experience on a regular basis.
Experience
3+ years of Experience in mystery audits/market research firms is preferred.
