Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Understanding the operations processes and auditing requirement, accuracy and attention to detail
2. Timely completion of auditing; timely identification of issues and escalation of the same; coming out with suggestions to strengthen the rating process.
3. Discussion of audit observations with the Functional heads/Group heads.
4. Good understanding of Rating Operations Manual, Internal Processes as well as regulatory requirements.
5. Ability to propose innovative ideas to improve efficiency; efficient in multitasking and ability to handle complex situations, takes personal responsibility for timely execution.
6. Displays confidence and positive attitude, adaptable towards organizational culture and ethics, working in a team; proficiency in planning and organizing.
