Role & responsibilities
1) Ensure compliance with RBI & Bank circulars/policies issued from time to time.
2) Verify that the terms of loans as specified in appraisal note have been complied with.
3) Review the creditworthiness & assessment of limits.
4) Verification of Dedupe reports , Financial statements of borrowers & CMA.
5) Verification of Drawing power of borrowers.
6) Verification of end to end documentation like sanction copy, Facility agreement, Deed of Hypothecation , Valuation report, Board resolution, Disbursement copy, End use certificate etc.
7) Ensuring that the funds have been utilized for its intended use.
8) Detection of revenue leakage e.g. processing fees, interest shortage etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification – Chartered Accountant
Experience – 1-2 Years in Bank Audit
Candidate should have good communication skills, report drafting skills and Technical knowledge.
