Job Purpose
To assist in Budgeting & Planning Process, Monthly MIS and Reporting, Review of Trade Spends and to act as support function between units and auditor for carrying out Limited Review/ Annual Audit process
Responsibilities –
Preparation & Review of Annual Budget within the defined timelines and collaborate with other functions and commercial team
Monthly Variance reporting Actual Vs Budget Vs Last year and reporting of any issues, risks and opportunities and take corrective action to drive adherence to the plan
Planned Vs. Actual tracking of Trade Spends on weekly basis
Preparation of reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines
Liasoning with Stat Auditors for smooth closing of Limited Review/Annual Audit
Other Adhoc reports assigned on time to time by reporting manager
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant – First Attempt / Second Attempt candidates preferred
Good knowledge of Excel/Word/Powerpoint
Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
