Roles and Responsibilities
In order to achieve this job responsibility, the person executes the MIS, Budgeting and cost control through:
Prepare monthly MIS for the formats handled.
Prepare store wise profit and loss
GL scrutiny and reconciliation of MIS results with system results.
Heat map for costs (actual vis-a-vis budget) by store
Co-ordinate with other functions / departments and auditors.
Prepare annual budget for individual stores and consolidation of budgets.
Ensure to deliver all MIS related reports within given time
Stock control: Stock ageing. slow moving stock
Need to go through each lease agreement wr.t. stores commercials etc.
Organization Exposure:
Knowledge of Accounts working system (Accounting Software)
Knowledge of Financial Management

MS Office – Esp Advanced MS Excel
ERP – SAP (End-user)
