Your Role:
– Plan and execute internal audit projects based on a risk-based approach.
– Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and procedures and Identify potential areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
– Assess compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations and Evaluate financial and operational data for accuracy and reliability.
– Identify and analyze potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and Develop risk assessment methodologies and conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
– Prepare clear and concise audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, present audit results to management and key stakeholders and Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
– Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies and work with management to implement recommended changes.
– Investigate and report on suspected cases of fraud, losses and develop and implement fraud detection and prevention procedures.
– Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that corrective actions have been implemented effectively
What We’re Looking For?
– Professional certification such as CA, CISA is required. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
– People with Attention to detail & deep knowledge, Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
– Data driven and individuals with high level of ownership and Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
